General Terms and Conditions
ARTICLE 1 – Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by the company BCD GROUP LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) with consumers/non-professional buyers, being natural persons, and with professionals, being natural or legal persons acting within the scope of their commercial, industrial, artisanal or liberal activity (hereinafter referred to as the “Client(s)”), who wish to purchase the products offered for sale by the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the “Product(s)”) on the website www.bull-global.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
They specify in particular the conditions of ordering, payment, delivery and the management of any returns of the Products ordered by the Clients.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be supplemented by specific conditions stated on the Website prior to any transaction with the Client.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, in particular those applicable to in-store sales or through other distribution and marketing channels.
They are accessible at any time on the Website and shall prevail, where applicable, over any other version or any conflicting document.
The Client acknowledges having the legal capacity required to enter into a contract and to purchase the Products offered on the Website.
As these General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be subject to subsequent modifications, the version applicable to the Client is the one in force on the date the order is placed.
ARTICLE 2 – Products Offered
Prior to placing an order, the Client is required to review on the Website the essential characteristics of the Product(s) they wish to order.
The selection and purchase of a Product are the sole responsibility of the Client.
The photographs and graphics presented on the Website are non-binding and shall not render the Seller liable.
The Client is required to refer to the description and technical specifications of each Product in order to understand its properties, essential characteristics and delivery times.
The contractual information is presented in French and is confirmed at the latest at the time the order is placed by the Client.
ARTICLE 3 – Validity Period of Product Offers
Product offers are valid within the limits of available stock held by the Seller or its supplier, as specified at the time the order is placed.

ARTICLE 5 – Orders
5.1 – Placing an Order
It is the responsibility of the Client to select on the Website the Products they wish to order and to contact the Seller by clicking on the “Products” tab in order to request a personalized quotation, obtain information on availability and payment terms, and define the terms of collection or delivery.
When placing an order, the Client must provide the following information:
Non-professional Clients / Consumers:
- Surname and first name
- Date of birth
- Email address
- Billing address and delivery address (which may be identical)
- Phone number
Professional Clients:
- Company name
- Company registration number
- Registered office address and delivery address (which may be identical)
- Email address
- Phone number
In return, the Client will receive from the Seller a personalized quotation, information on delivery times, the Product technical sheet, the payment terms, as well as these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, all of which are inseparable and form an integral part of the contract.
The Client has the opportunity to verify the details of the order, its total price and to correct any errors before confirming acceptance. It is the Client’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the order and to correct any errors before validation.
The order shall only be formally validated once the Client has returned to the Seller the duly signed personalized quotation and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The order will then be processed once the Client has paid the price, as defined in Article 7.
The sale shall only be final after formal validation of the order by the Client and receipt by the Seller of full payment of the price.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded in the Seller’s computer system constitutes proof of all transactions concluded with the Client.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Client with whom there is a dispute relating to a previous order.
